COMARCH is a new career that was empowered by UPride, which stands for Community Architect. As a COMARCH, your vision, mission and ambition are to architect, build and develop a Community for each specific Culture to enhance and celebrate the Culture Pride of your Community.

How can I change my COMARCH Membership plan to another?

• Changing from one COMARCH Membership plan to another is easy, and you're already in the right place. At the top of this page, simply select the plan you would like to unlock. You'll be taken to another page where you can choose your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• UPride will calculate the prorated amount you need to pay based on the difference between the cost of the two plans. The prorated discount is up to the amount of the future plan selected. Please note that If the package or billing cycle you choose is worth less than your current plan remains worth, you will not receive a refund.
• In order to restrict the spamming system, you will be charged a minimum price of $1.00 (USD) for your plan change.
• Once you've made your selection, your current COMARCH Membership will be removed, and the new package and billing cycle will begin.
• You can manage your CORMARCH plan at any time.

What methods of payments can I use to buy a COMARCH Membership?

We currently accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, MOMO). For gift CORMARCH Memberships, PayPal and BitPay are additional payment methods.

Can I purchase a COMARCH Membership as a gift for other Priders?

Gifting Core to another Priders is an amazing way to support their artistic journey! Simply navigate to their profile and click on the gift icon on the right side of their Profile. At this time, if that person is already a CORMARCH Member, you'll need to wait until their CORMARCH Membership has ended to give them your gift!

What is automatic renewal?

CORMARCH Membership comes packed with so many perks that work best on a continual, ongoing basis. From Profile personalization to active and tempting Subscriptions tiers, automatic renewal ensures you won't miss an artistic brushstroke as billing cycles come to an end. As such, each package is set to automatically renew, and your membership gets extended every month or every year, depending on the billing cycle you have chosen! You can check your billing details at any time by visiting the Billing & Payments page. Please note that your payment method may be charged up to 10 days before the auto-renewal date to ensure uninterrupted service.

What happens to existing subscriptions if your COMARCH plan lapses?

If your CORMARCH Membership lapses, you’ll no longer be able to create new tiers, however you'll still be able to edit existing tiers.

How do I cancel my COMARCH Membership?

You can easily cancel your membership by visiting the Billing & Payments page and clicking the three-dot menu at the top to take any action you'd like.

What’s the refund policy for COMARCH Membership?

CORMARCH Membership is non-refundable. If you try it and decide it's not for you, please cancel automatic renewal to avoid future charges.
