When visiting our Platform, users must be at least 13 years of
age, or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The parent or legal guardian of a minor who is creating an
account accept and comply with these Terms of Use on the
minor's behalf and you will be responsible for the minor’s
actions.
Users must register their account with credentials about
themselves and must update if there are any changes. Users
must be responsible for their account and activities on the
Platform. In addition, the User is responsible for immediately
informing UPride when the account is illegally accessed, used
or occupied. UPride assumes no responsibility whatsoever,
whether directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused
by non-compliance with this policy.
It is strictly forbidden to use any part of the Platform for
commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party without
the written approval of UPride. If you violate any of these
terms, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your right
to use and / or block access to our Platform in any legal
manner without prior notice.

Verify User Account
Verify your account to prevent other fake account to masquerade
you and your Photo, you will be required to submit:
Scan your ID Card in both side (Identify Card)
Phone OTP
NOTES:
01 ID only can verify 01 User Account.
Deactivate Account
If User want to deactivate account on UPride, the UPride shall
promptly suspend the publication of such User’s Information on
UPride. However, the messages that have already been exchanged
between other Users and information already provided through the
posting/sharing function when such suspension is performed may
continue to be publicized after account cancellation.
Here are the steps for account deactivation:

Choose Edit Profile
Scroll into the end, turn deactivate option on
Read deactivate account policy
Confirm
It will take 60 days for account deactivation. You might turn it
off by logging into UPride again.
If you forgot to turn it off, within 60 days, we will help to
remind you to turn it off.
Prohibitions
With respect to the use of UPride, the User may not perform any of
the actions set forth in each of the following Items, or any
action that may fall under any of them:
Third party announces or adds advertising links to Post, Talk
only for advertising purposes.
Registering fake or misleading information or facts (including
but not limited to, information or facts concerning a third
party).
Unauthorized usage of others’ Login Information.
Actions which may infringe on intellectual property such as
copyrights, trade mark, trade secrets, know-how, portrait
rights, moral rights, fame, privacy, publicity, and other
rights of a third party or the UPride.
Posting Contents that abet, induce, persuade, or encourage
suicide, self-mutilation, or drug abuse.
Posting grotesque or violent pictures or any other Post
Contents that are reasonably determined by the UPride to be
offensive to the public.
Posting videos and pictures of highly exposed skin (including
those blurred), or any other Post Contents that are reasonably
determined by the UPride to be indecent.
Posting Contents that libel or slander third parties.
Taking actions that solicit, induce, or encourage prostitution
or encounters intended to have sex or actions similar to sex,
and other indecent actions, or exchanging e-mail addresses in
order to carry out the above listed actions.
Posting information (including providing links) that leads the
viewers to a dating service website, pornographic website, or
other illegal or harmful websites.
Posting Contents that leads to or encourages discrimination
with respect to race, ethnic Communitys, gender, social
status, religion, or beliefs.
Posting false facts or information or other Contents that may
result in misunderstandings or confusion of a third party.
Grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, hateful, related to
or encouraging money laundering or gambling.
Harming minors in any way.
Software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs
designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of
any computer resource.
Threatening the unity, integrity, defense, security or
sovereignty of any country, friendly relations with foreign
states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission
of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any
offence or is insulting any other nation.
Taking offensive actions to the public policy.
Using UPride for the purpose of obtaining, compiling,
retaining, selling, distributing, or publicizing the personal
information of third parties without receiving prior consent
from the UPride and the relevant third party.
Taking any other actions that the UPride reasonably determines
to be inappropriate for the management and operation of
UPride.
Taking actions that breach the Terms, other rules separately
prescribed by the UPride, laws, cabinet and ministerial
orders, regulations or ordinances, or actions that abet,
induce, persuade, or encourage the performance of the above
mentioned breaches.
Copyright
You won’t submit stuff you don’t hold the copyright for
(unless you have permission)
. Your Content will not contain third-party copyrighted
material, or material that is subject to other third-party
proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the
rightful owner of the material, or you are otherwise legally
entitled to post the material (and to grant UPride all the
license rights outlined here).
Any royalties or licensing on your Content are your
responsibility.
You will pay all royalties and other amounts owed to any
person or entity based on your Content, or on Kickstarter’s
hosting of that Content.
You promise that if we use your Content, we’re not violating
anyone’s rights or copyrights.
If Kickstarter or its users exploit or make use of your
submission in the ways contemplated in this agreement, you
promise that this will not infringe or violate the rights of
any third party, including (without limitation) any privacy
rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or
any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
You’re responsible for the stuff you post.
All information submitted to the Site, whether publicly
posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility
of the person from whom that Content originated.
