Use of UTrend
1. When visiting our platform www.UTrend.vn ("Website") and UTrend (“Mobile App”), users must be at least 18 years of age, or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian of a minor who is creating an account accept and comply with these Terms of Use on the minor's behalf and you will be responsible for the minor’s actions.
2. We grant the right to use and access the Website so that you can shop on the Website under the terms and conditions specified in the Website.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party without the written approval of UTrend. If you violate any of these terms, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your right to use and / or block access to our Platform in any legal manner without prior notice.
4. The Item information posted on the Platform for users to consult before deciding to deal. UTrend is not a manufacturer so the comments, discussions displayed, item information, etc. on the Platform are personal and / or subjective opinions of the users, not the official spokesperson from UTrend.
5. Users must register their account with credentials about themselves and must update if there are any changes. Users must be responsible for their password, account and activities on the Platform. In addition, the User is responsible for immediately informing UTrend when the account is illegally accessed, used or occupied. UTrend assumes no responsibility whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused by non-compliance with this policy.

How to verify User Account
Verify your account to prevent other fake account to masquerade you and your Trending Photo, you will be required to submit:
- Scan your ID Card in both side (Identify Card)
- Phone OTP
Note:
- 01 ID only can verify 01 User Account
- All benefits will be counted, once the account is verified.
How to prevent Fake Account
In order to prevent fake account that using your reputation, you should verify your account here. Hence, if any fake account using your name, avatar, photo… will be removed by UTrend.
Note: To avoid fake account taking your Trending Photo without permission, we strongly suggest there should be your face on the Trending Photo.
How to deactivate Account
1. If User want to deactivate account on UTrend, the UTrend shall promptly suspend the publication of such User’s Information on UTrend. However, the messages that have already been exchanged between other Users and information already provided through the posting/sharing function when such suspension is performed may continue to be publicized after account cancellation.
2. Here are the steps for account deactivation:
- Go to UProfile
- Choose Edit Profile
- Scroll into the end, turn deactivate option on
- Read deactivate account policy
- Confirm
3. It will take 30 days for account deactivation, you might turn it off by login into UTrend again.
4. In case that you forgot to turn it off, within 30 days, we will help to remind you to turn it off.
Rule to Play
For Trender
1. You only can Post Trend (photo of you) in Home. Note: You cannot Post Item/Ads in Home Page. We strictly block account that contains any action against our Posting Policy. Note: As a Trender, if you post other person Photo, you have to add their name on Photo Credit.
2. We provide a modeling collaboration service with Brand/Store, all of your work and talent will be analyzed and recommended to Store, contact us for our modeling collaboration service.
Note: For Modeling Collaboration Recommendation Service is free for Trender, that means you do not pay any fee to UTrend.
For Follower
1. We provide “tools” for you to vote for the Trends that you love, as sending the respect to Trender.
2. You can follow/save trender/trending photo that you love.
3. You can follow Culture/# community that you love.
4. You can create Group, invite and chat with other Users on Group.
Rule to Report
Type of Report
We suggest (but not limit) type of reports as the following:
1. Spam :Repetitive Post, Comment, Annoying ads
2. Unrelated Tag Brand: Brand that doesn’t exist, doesn’t match, Other personal purpose.
3. Scam/Fake Account: Defraud of Item, Selling, Payment, Promotion, Fake Account
4. Infringer Intellectual Photo: Posting copied photo without permission
5. Infringer Intellectual Trademark : Dealing Item/Brand that infringer Trademark
6. Nudity or pornography: Sexualized Nudity (including those blurred), Dating service
7.Violation or Hate Speech: Threat, blackmail, personal attack, cutting body, promoting suicide
8. Other: Describe your report
Report Evidence
Not requirement, but to ensure your report is not for spamming or personal purpose, you should send us some of evidences as the following:
1. Spam:ScreenShot…
2. Unrelated Tag Brand: Enter the right Tag Brand.
3.Scam/Fake Account: ScreenShot, picture of Item under defraud, describes defraud…
4. Infringer Intellectual Photo: ScreenShot, link of the Photo’s Owner in UTrend or other places
5. Infringer Intellectual Trademark ScreenShot, link of the Trademark Owner in UTrend or other place
6. Nudity or pornography: No need evidence
7. Violation or Hate Speech: No need evidence
Note: Anyone has the right to Report. However, in order to prevent Report Spam, we have a right to block your account temporally or permanently, or applying other penalty action if your reports are aiming for spamming purpose.

1. If you find fake account that against your or community benefit, please choose the report type and sending them to UTrend.
2. If you find account that contains any type of report above, please sending them to UTrend.

- 2sd time: Block 60 days
- From 3th time: Block 30 days
2. Unrelated Tag Brand
- 1st to 2th time: Warning in Notification. User/Store must change TagBrand within 02 days, or the Photo/Item will be removed permanently
- 3th time: Block 01 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
- From 4th time: Block for 07 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
3. Scam/Fake Account
- 1st time: Block 07 days
- 2sd time: Block 60 days
- From 3th time: Block Permanently
4. Infringer Intellectual Photo
- 1st to 2th time: Warning in Notification. The Photo will be removed permanently.
- 3th time: Block for 30 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
- From 4th time: Block for 60 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
5. Infringer Intellectual Trademark
- 1st to 2th time: Warning in Notification. The Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
- 3th time: Block for 30 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
- From 4th time: Block for 60 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
6. Nudity or pornography
- 1st to 2th time: Warning in Notification. The Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
- 3th time: Block for 30 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
- From 4th time: Block for 60 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
7. Violation or Hate Speech
- 1st to 2th time: Warning in Notification. The Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
- 3th time: Block for 30 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
- From 4th time: Block for 60 days and Photo/Item will be removed permanently.
8. Other
- Depending on report description, we will action accordingly.
Prohibitions
With respect to the use of UTrend, the User may not perform any of the actions set forth in each of the following Items, or any action that may fall under any of them:
1. Posting Item on Home.
2. Third party announces or add advertising link on Post Trend, or spam on Talkit only for advertising purpose.
3. Registering fake or misleading information or facts (including but not limited to, information or facts concerning a third party).
4. Unauthorized usage of others’ Login Information.
5. Actions which may infringe on intellectual property such as copyrights, trade mark, trade secrets, know-how, portrait rights, moral rights, fame, privacy, publicity, and other rights of a third party or the UTrend.
6. Posting Post Contents that abet, induce, persuade, or encourage suicide, self-mutilation, or drug abuse.
7. Posting grotesque or violent pictures or any other Post Contents that are reasonably determined by the UTrend to be offensive to the public.
8. Posting videos and pictures of highly exposed skin (including those blurred), or any other Post Contents that are reasonably determined by the UTrend to be indecent.
9. Posting Post Contents that libel or slander third parties.
10. Taking actions that solicit, induce, or encourage prostitution or encounters intended to have sex or actions similar to sex, and other indecent actions, or exchanging e-mail addresses in order to carry out the above listed actions.
11. Posting information (including providing links) that leads the viewers to a dating service website, pornographic website, or other illegal or harmful websites.
12. Posting Post Contents that leads to or encourages discrimination with respect to race, ethnic groups, gender, social status, religion, or beliefs.
13. Posting false facts or information or other Post Contents that may result in misunderstandings or confusion of a third party.
14. Grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, hateful, related to or encouraging money laundering or gambling.
15. Harming minors in any way.
16. Software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
17. Threatening the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of any country, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
18. Taking offensive actions to the public policy.
19. Using UTrend for the purpose of obtaining, compiling, retaining, selling, distributing, or publicizing the personal information of third parties without receiving prior consent from the UTrend and the relevant third party.
20. Taking any other actions that the UTrend reasonably determines to be inappropriate for the management and operation of UTrend.
21. Taking actions that breach the Terms, other rules separately prescribed by the UTrend, laws, cabinet and ministerial orders, regulations or ordinances, or actions that abet, induce, persuade, or encourage the performance of the above mentioned breaches.
